The Sword 9mm is a classic 9mm autopistol and is quite typical of it's genre, but relatively
unpopular outside of the Verona environs, as it can only pack just over a dozen 9mm cased rounds
into it's magazine in comparison to the generic caseless "wonder-niner" of 2020.|
The Rapier is a thin-line Sword with factory-equipped recoil compensation.
The Dagger is a smaller, open-frame version of the sword design, with visible ammo-stack
and a chromed finish.
The Longsword is a standard magazine-fed autoloading shotgun with folding stock.
ThunderBULLETS produce a limited ammo selection in Fair Verona:
- Hot Loads, 2x cost.
- All ThunderBULLETS are "hot loads",
munitions with more than the standard amount of powder in the casing, thus propelling
the bullet faster and harder than normal. Hot Loads can normally be combined with almost any
ammo type except electrothermically enhanced munitions. Hot Loads do +1 damage per die, and
reduce the reliability of the firearm by 1 level.
- HollowPoints, 1.5x cost.
- HollowPoint ammo has a cup-like indentation at the tip, providing for excellent
expansion characteristics inside a soft target, but also making the round practically "splatter"
on body armor or hard surfaces. Double the SP of any protective armor or cover the
hollowpoint strikes, but add 50% to the trauma delivered to soft targets after armor has been
